Join us and a few other couples for our informative workshops that will cover such topics as; setting up the environment for optimal sleep, developing healthy sleep hygiene, the hidden language of sleep, the science behind sleep and how to structure your life to allow your child the best sleep possible.
Expectant Mothers and Infant Class
Birth- 3.5 months
This is a 2 hour workshop where you will learn how to establish healthy sleep and help in the prevention of future sleep challenges and sleep deprivation for both baby and parents. We will also demonstrate the Happiest Baby on the Block and the 5 S’s which is a technique by Dr. Harvey Karp to teach you how to calm fussy or colicky babies instantly. Following class there will be time for a question and answer period to address any personal questions you may have. Included in this class are handouts to read at home as well as 3 -follow up emails to answer any additional questions.
Foundations for Healthy Sleep Class with option to add Sleep Coaching
3.5 months and up
$75 for the Foundations for Healthy Sleep Class with the option to add a step by step sleep coaching plan to teach your child to fall asleep independently and 2 weeks of unlimited email support for an additional $150.00.
This informative 2-2.5 hour class will teach you all about how to get started on the path to healthy sleep. We will give you the tools and the confidence to make changes to your child’s everyday routine which will ensure that everyone is getting the sleep they need. You also have the opportunity to learn how to teach your child to learn how to fall asleep independently with a step by step sleep coaching plan that will be based on your child’s temperament and what you will be comfortable implementing. This class includes information about:
- Tackling night waking and early rising
- Short or no naps
- Bedtime battles
- Age appropriate routines and schedules
- Beginning the process of night weaning when your child is ready
- A sleep coaching plan based on the method that you choose (additional cost)
- You will receive a handout with what we spoke about in class
